Frequently Asked Questions..

  1. What is your location? We are conveniently located at 411 Great South Road, Ellerslie, Auckland and mostly central from all area’s of Auckland 
  2. Do you have a branch at Auckland Airport? Unfortunately we don’t at this stage but we can arrange a shuttle to pick you up and bring you to our premises in Ellerslie or deliver the car to you for a small delivery fee
  3. How far from Auckland Airport are you? We are approximately 20 minutes by taxi 
  4. Are your cars comprehensively insured? Yes, all our vehicles are fully insured
  5. Can I organise my own insurance cover? No, our insurance policy does not allow for this
  6. Do I have to pay a “bond”? Yes, we process a “bond or pre-authorisation” at time of pick up which is usually completed on your credit card at time of pick-up
  7. How long does it take to release the bond? Once we are satisfied the vehicle has been returned full of fuel and undamaged we will cancel the bond. This can take up to 24hrs depending on your bank and their T’s&C’s
  8. Do I have to pay for fuel? On pick-up your car will be full of fuel and needs to be returned full of fuel on it’s return to our premises
  9. Do I need to clean the vehicle upon return? It is not necessary to clean the vehicle upon return, however we expect our vehicles to be returned clean and tidy. If this is not the case then a grooming fee applies
  10. Is there a minimum age limit? Yes, the minimum age is 25 years
  11. Can my partner drive the vehicles? Yes, as long as they are over 25 and hold a full drivers licence
  12. Are road tolls included in the daily rate? Yes
